These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the cigzstore website, the information on it and the services available through it. By visiting the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page, so please re-read them before each purchase.

This store sells tobacco products to adults aged 18 and over only. It is illegal to sell tobacco products to a person under 18, and it is illegal to purchase a tobacco product for use by a person under 18.

By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or older and of legal smoking age in your state or territory, and you agree to provide photographic identification showing your date of birth if we request it before dispatching an order.

Orders are paid by bank transfer or PayID to the account details shown at checkout, using your order reference as the transfer description. An order is confirmed and dispatched once payment is received and verified.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include all applicable taxes. We may cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe breaches these terms.

Orders ship Monday to Friday and typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days, in plain packaging, to all Australian states and territories.

Deliveries are carried out by external delivery partners. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the carrier; we are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs in transit, though we will always help you chase a missing parcel with the carrier.

Because of the nature of tobacco products we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Contact support with your order reference and photos within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

The information on this site and in related communications is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to keep it accurate, we make no representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any information on the site, and references to products are informational, not an endorsement.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, cigzstore and its representatives are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or any linked website, including indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits or revenue, business interruption or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time. Restrictions, disclaimers and limitations in these terms survive termination.

cigzstore is committed to protecting the personal information of everyone who visits and buys from this site. We operate in Australia in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information we collect

• Details you provide directly: full name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, date of birth where needed for age verification, order history and any messages you send us.
• Details collected automatically: IP address and approximate location, browser and device type, pages visited and cookie identifiers.
• Payment: transfers happen through your own bank. We never see or store card numbers or bank login details.

Disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with delivery partners (to fulfil your order), IT and hosting providers that run the site, analytics services in aggregated form, and authorities where the law requires it.
